Service Description

Come together to experience dance/movement as a sacred practice for self-reflection and intention. Sessions are conducted in a ceremonial setting, based upon the key themes in the current celestial cycle. Your movement practice, facilitated by Catherine Schroder will incorporate a variety of appropriate techniques from her background in Dance/Movement Therapy, Yoga and Honohono Energy Healing. Please bring a yoga mat or blanket to practice on and a blanket for warmth. Starting again 8th February 2020. $18 casual rate $75 for 5 class pass.
